Account Details

To change your password, go to the My Account page, select Account Details from the list, and use the Change Password feature provided.

To update your email address or name please contact Customer Service.

To update your billing and/or shipping address, go to My Account page, select Subscriptions. Choose your active subscription and click the "View" button to the right. Next, click “Change Address” and update as need.

If you do not have a subscription, please contact Customer Service

To cancel your subscription at any time, simply follow these steps:

  • Log into your My Account
  • Click on the “My Subscription” link on the left side of the page (note: If you have multiple subscriptions, this will show up as “Subscriptions” instead)
  • If you have multiple subscriptions: select the specific subscription you wish to update by clicking the “View” button to the right of it
  • Click on the “Cancel” button to cancel your subscription

If you cancel your subscription and wish to reactivate it, you can start a fresh subscription at Get the Box. Please verify your billing/shipping information by logging into your My Account after subscribing.

If you cancel your subscription, your account will be saved in case you want to re-subscribe later.

Billing & payments

To update your payment method or credit card number:

  1. Log into your account on daveaspreybox.com
  2. Click on your account info (upper right corner of the screen)
  3. Click on ”subscriptions”
  4. Click on the view button next to your subscription
  5. From there you can change your payment by clicking on the “change payment” button

 

To update your billing and/or shipping address:

1. Log into your account on daveaspreybox.com 

  1. Click on your account info (upper right corner of the screen) 
  2. Click on ”subscriptions” 
  3. Click on the view button next to your subscription 
  4. Click on “addresses”, then the “edit” button next to your shipping address.

We accept most major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover) as well as PayPal.

You will be billed once your box is ready to ship. This is typically during the first week of March, June, September, and December. Your subscription renews ($100 per box*) automatically according to our seasonal billing/shipping schedule unless you decide to cancel before your upcoming bill date. 

These boxes are popular and we can sell out! By reserving your Biohacking Box ahead of time, you’re guaranteeing that we have a box with your name on it when shipping time comes. Since we don’t charge you ahead of time and you can cancel up until the time the box ships, there is only an upside to reserving your box ahead of time.

As each box is a different shape and weight, we’ll calculate the exact international shipping charge for each box. When you first sign up, there is a placeholder charge of “$60”. Once we know the exact size and weight of the box, your shipping charge will be updated. We charge you exactly what the shipping company charges us, with no markup at all.

Sales tax is currently only charged for residents of WA state.

We don’t bill you until the box is ready to ship, so you don’t owe us the subscription fee unless the box is shipping right away. By entering your card, you’ve reserved your box and we will charge the card when the box is ready to go.

The Dave Asprey Box is a quarterly membership, which means you will be automatically charged every season unless you cancel before your upcoming bill date. 


If we cannot successfully charge your card, your order will be placed on hold. You will receive an email notification from daveaspreybox.com to update your billing information as soon as possible. We will attempt to recharge the card again at a later date.
 


If we are unable to charge you for the membership on the billing day but manage to do it at a later date, your order will be shipped out with a delay.

Please note that any international shipping charges on our site do NOT include any import duties, VAT or local taxes you may owe. You may be charged these taxes prior to delivery by the carrier or your local Customs office, depending on your country’s regulations. Please consult your local postal service or a local Customs office for more information regarding import duties/VAT in your country.

You can log into your account at My Account. If you have forgotten your password, please click the “Lost your password?” link on the login page and our system will send you a password reset email.

For your security, if you have numerous unsuccessful login attempts in a row, our site will temporarily prevent you from being able to log in for 4-6 hours. After this period, you can try again. We recommend resetting your password if you are having issues, just to make sure that you’re not temporarily locked out again!
