The Daily Emotion Map is a simple tool you can use to help measure and track how you feel as you customize your environment, food, exercise, and whatever else you’re working on improving.
Be sure you go through the map quickly. Your answers should be by instinct, using your gut! Don’t think really hard about each question. Simply answer your first reaction to each question.
For example, if you want to know whether working out in the morning or the evening helps you feel better, try a week of each and take the Daily Emotion Map each day at the same time.
If you’re going to change your diet, test out how you feel by documenting it with the map. You can test any number of things and it works great on your mobile device too!
